Perform information gathering from customer requirement with below detail, such as moving date, address, properties type (Lift or Non-Lift), inventory list and special items moving or handyman services
Confirm Scope
Proposed the solution and recommendation based on the information that was captured. We will highlight the detail scope of works and resources supplied in our quotation such as lorry size, number of movers, deliverable, total of wrapping items, dismantle and assemble or any add-hoc services
Deposit
Deposit is collected via cash or bank transfer to secure the moving date and resources. This help to form mutual agreement of the moving services that avoid any parties situated in unfair condition
Schedule Your Move

Our moving service pricing is based on the following factors:
1. Type of moving service required
2. Distance of the move
3. Type of lorry
4. Manpower needed to perform the move
5. Packing and unpacking service
6. Wrapping service
7. Dismantle and assembly service

To book our lorry service, it is advisable to have at least 1 week advance booking. Our lorry booking schedule fills up quickly especially during weekends and long
holidays.
We encourage that you take photos of all the items that are required to move. You can send your photos to . We can also arrange free site inspection at your
premise to ensure that all requirements are understood accurately for a smooth moving experience.
We collect a deposit payment of RM200 for premium and all-in service package. For other moving jobs, payment method is via cash or online instant transfer on
delivery.
